PRIVACY

1 — Cookies

Currently, this site does not collect cookies. Should this change in the future, we will inform you accordingly.

2 — Access data / Server log files

The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, browser type including version, the operating system of the user, Refferer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requested provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log data if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.

3 — Handling of personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone count as personal data. Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law or if the user consents to the collection of data.

4 — Contact

When contacting the provider (for example, via contact form or e-mail), the information of the user is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Contact via e-mail (e-mail client on your computer)

Users in particular can send messages to us by e-mail, often and voluntarily providing personal data. In order to receive a response from you, at least the specification of a valid e-mail address and the last name is required. All other information can be provided by the inquiring person voluntarily and is not obligated to do so. By sending the e-mail, the user agrees to the processing of the transmitted personal data. The data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling and responding to inquiries. This is done on the basis of the voluntarily given consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a) DSGVO. The data received from you via this communication channel and processed by us will be automatically deleted as soon as the request is completed and there are no reasons for further storage.

5 — Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always requires that the provider(s) of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party(ies)") perceive the IP address of the user(s). Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of this content. We make every effort to refer to third-party content via links and not to embed any direct content in the website. Only such content is used, whose respective provider(s) use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence if third parties store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about it. We rely on "self-hosting" of video, audio and image material, insofar as this is technically possible for us and there is no legitimate interest in embedding third-party content.

At the moment we link to the online offer of the social networks Instagram and LinkedIn. No personal data is passed on to the respective site operators. Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into the browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used. You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

6 — Notice regarding the processing of your data collected on this website in non-EU countries

We are active on social networks, so we would like to point out that the social media we use operate on a global scale and therefore it cannot be ruled out that your personal data may also be processed outside the EU. To ensure that your data protection rights are also protected in the event of a transfer to third countries, a transfer will only take place in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. DSGVO and Art. 49 DSGVO. We would like to point out that the respective platform operators may in part independently process your personal data and merge it into user profiles. This may also occur even if you do not have a user account with the respective social network. Please refer to point 5 of this privacy policy for more information.

Revocation

According to Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, you have the right to revoke your consent given once at any time (e.g. in writing or by e-mail). This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future.
